Eleven walkers set off from the Ramblers Retreat in warm sun for a short walk in Dimmingsdale. The photo above shows the view from our coffee stop and we finished in the cafe for a well needed refreshing drink.

More than 25 walkers set of for a lovely Sunday morning walk from Church Lawton through open fields crossing railway line and along a canal tow path. We enjoyed an impressive display of Bluebells at Bratts, Lawton and Harding Woods, and, after short tea break to take in the surroundings, we finally headed back joining the Trent and Mersey Canal at Hardings Wood Junction.

More than twenty walkers set off on a Sunday morning ramble along open fields from Monyash to Bagshaw Dale, Lathkill Dale and Fern Dale. We enjoyed some stunning views along the route and returned back to Monyash via the Limestone Way.

Today, fifteen ramblers joined me on a delightful walk in the Gawsworth area. We walked through pastureland and along the Macclesfield Canal towpath to reach Danes Moss nature reserve before returning to Gawswoth along field paths. It was beautiful, sunny day with welcome post-walk refreshments provided by the Harrington Arms PH.
