Following Wednesday’s deluge and Cheshire East Council temporarily closing several roads which confused everyones' SatNavs, a much-abbreviated walk from Wildberclough, over Birchenhough Hill, took place by six dedicated members in poor weather. The picture shows the group taking a rest at the well-maintained site atop Birchenhough Hil of a B17 Flying Fortress which crashed at night in January 1945.
