| Details | Wormsley 19km Strenuous From Cowleaze we drop down east through the Wormsley Estate, turn south past Wellground Farm, east up through Hale Wood, south from Hellcorner Farm to just short of Holloway Lane where we head north up to Manor Farm, Hellcorner Farm and Ibstone Common. We pick up the Chiltern Way going east past Studdridge Farm and leave it going west back in to the Wormsley Estate passing Wellground Farm, Wallace Hill, both Vicar’s Farms before returning to Cowleaze. A brisk paced walk(5kmph) with a strenuous ascent of 603m. |

| Start | 10:00, Cowleaze Wood car park is about 2 miles west of Stokenchurch. Turn left off the A40 just past the radio station mast on to a minor road signposted for Christmas Common. Follow for nearly 2 miles and turn left into the car park.
