Where walking is a pleasure

Walk ID 100191564
Group CB01 Cambridge Group
Date Mon 11 December 23, 1008 days ago
Details Duxford - Hinxton - Ickleton

This vaguely 'lollipop' shaped walk goes through three attractive villages and the countryside between them, encountering the River Cam several times along the way.  Much of the walk is along quiet roads and dry paths (ie good for winter walking) with just a few short stretches that might be muddy following heavy rain.

There will be a coffee break stop by Hinxton church, so either bring drink/snack for this or there is the option of having tea/coffee at The Red Lion pub nearby.

Any queries about the walk please contact walk leader (Jean) by email: jemcamramblers@gmail.com
